Today I feel like I want to drink a glass of razor blades. It’s the third week of classes at Mt. Siani and it’s tough. Not hard tough, but bringing up emotions you wanted to lock away tough. We talk about different emotions and some like shame and not saying no to others hurts hard. Every time I listen to something sad or hear about someone...or even someone close to me being hurt in any way, I feel like I failed myself in life. I imagine myself as a martyr all the time. well, my birthday was just yesterday and it was the worst week ever with falling down the stairs to getting sick as hell!!
